Goal Statement

How I want my study abroad experience to personally affect me in personal growth, global awareness, and diversity.

My study abroad experience in Sevilla, Spain will provide me with the opportunity to immerse myself in a new culture and expand my global awareness. My time abroad will allow me to connect with people from all over the world and build my confidence in my Spanish-speaking skills. It will allow me to learn about people's diverse experiences living in a diverse city like Sevilla. I hope that my experience will help me become a more well-rounded person who can make connections across cultures and backgrounds.

I wish for my experience studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain to be one of the most impactful experiences of my life. My goal is to communicate better inside hospitals with Spanish speaking patients. Going abroad will allow me to grow as a person and think critically about my beliefs and values. I wish for my experience abroad to be personally transformative and to change the way I view myself and the world around me.
