Document Plan:

1. What documents does your host country require before entering?

• Student Visa, Passport, COVID-19 Vaccination card, SpTH QR code, Drivers License

2. What should you do if you lose your passport while abroad?

• Contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate for assistance. Report passport as lost. Notify the embassy of travel plans and show a copy of the stolen passport.

3. Where/How do you get a passport?

• Went to my local post office to renew my passport in July and was received in October, not expedited.

4. Who should have photocopies of your passport and other important documents?

• My parents and I both have copies of all the important documents. I have both physical and virtual copies with me.

5. Will you need to show that you have sufficient funds to enter your host country?

• No.

6. What about other countries you plan to visit?

• Other countries will require the same documents while some will also require a negative PCR test within 72 before departure or arrival into the country. Each country has its unique QR code.
